There are more than one riding school at the race course in front of Firsmead and more well known riding school is the premadasa riding school. Thoroughbred, three quarter and half breeds are available for riding. Horse safaris too are a possibility but have to be booked well in advance. Instructors are at hand to teach you and provide you that best possible experience. Inform the office and they can arrange a half breed to brought upto the bungalow to take children on a little ride in the garden.
